If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that we cannot afford to rest on our laurels when it comes to infection control.
As the standard hygiene protocols continue to expand, we at W&H Australasia are proud to be ahead of the curve with the dental sterilisation products we bring to market and our commitment to continuous improvement to ensure that W&H remains the trusted source for infection control in dental practices big and small.
We understand that time is money in dental, and any time your instruments are being cleaned they cannot be used on your patients. We understand workflow, we know that when your assistants are cleaning and reprocessing they are not seeing patients.
It is this understanding that drives our commitment to manufacturing quality products that help dental practices reduce downtime, as well as ensuring infection control that not only meets the current standards but also exceeds them.
One of our most popular products is the Lisa Sterilizer. Its popularity is due to its ability to offer full infection control with a simple and intuitive user experience.
Incredible inside and outside
A high standard of hygiene is the hallmark of every dental practice. With our new generation of Lisa, this standard has been improved with EliTrace—the new enhanced Lisa documentation system.
For the first time, Lisa now offers full traceability down to the single instrument or set with the use of our advanced smartphone and tablet application that allows control and monitoring of the autoclaves in your clinic. The Steri App also offers scanning and tracking of your dental instruments within a single sterilizing cycle, keeping a related history database on your smart device.
Persistent in our commitment to exceeding infection standards, we at W&H Australasia are proud to be ahead of the curve with the combined hygiene expertise from the one source with our Miele Thermal Washer Disinfector.
Miele Thermal Washer Disinfectors are available exclusively in Australia through W&H and enable you to achieve safe and visible cleaning and disinfection results for dental instruments.
The disinfectors are particularly gentle on the instrument material and are recommended by reputable manufacturers for preparing transmission instruments.
One of the key features of the Miele Thermal Washer Disinfector is the Miele Vario TD Cycle. In the Vario TD Dental program, pre-cleaning commences at low temperatures to prevent the denaturation of blood residues.
After an intensive main wash phase, thermal disinfection then takes place at temperatures in excess of 90°C which are maintained for 5 minutes. To protect surgical instruments, the final rinse is ideally performed with de-mineralized water without any surfactant added.
The Miele Vario TD program is capable of reprocessing between 1kg and 24kg of instruments in a single load.
Maximum performance, maximum safety and maximum convenience
Do you want to create more efficient use of time in your practice? With the Miele Thermal Washer Disinfector, there is no need to scrub your instruments before loading. There is the capacity for up to 22 clinical and surgical handpieces in one load, with 37-minute cycles without drying, and only an extra 7 minutes for a full drying cycle.
At W&H we could not be prouder of the high-level infection control products that we bring to the dental industry that not only meet today’s infection control standards, they exceed them.
