Your dentist on holiday? See your ADA State Branch for emergency dentists

The Australian Dental Association (ADA) wants to reassure Australians that if they have any dental emergencies over the Christmas-New Year period and their local dentist is not available, there will be other dentists ready to address any problems.

dental emergencyADA Branches have compiled a list of private dental practices that can provide emergency dental care over the Christmas-New Year period. Services will be limited to relief of pain or trauma and the provision of antibiotics where required. Patients will be referred to a rostered emergency dentist by either web-based or telephone services. Costs will apply for any treatment provided.

Arrangements vary depending from state to state depending on where patients live so the first point of call is to refer to the website or contacts below as outlined by the ADA Branch in your State or Territory:
