The greatly anticipated 2016 ADIA Victorian Dental Show will be held over 17–18 June 2016 at the Melbourne Convention Centre. The event brings together dentists and oral healthcare professionals of all types, providing them with an opportunity to see and sample the latest industry products.
The show is convened by the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA), the peak body representing manufacturers and suppliers of dental products. While the event is home-grown, it includes products from both Australian and overseas producers.
“No matter what your interest in dentistry is, there is bound to be something of interest,” says Troy Williams, ADIA chief executive officer.
The largest regularly scheduled dental trade show in the state, the event has proved very popular in the past. There is no admission fee, so many practitioners have already registered their entire team.
The 2016 ADIA Victorian Dental Show is set to again break records, with over 1,000 registrations already received. A large number of on-site registrations are also expected, reflecting the esteem the Victorian dental community holds for this event.
“With strong pre-event registrations, it’s clear that Victoria’s dental community is excited about this opportunity to meet the leading local suppliers of dental products,” Mr Williams said.
Additionally, the 2016 show is being held alongside the state convention organised by the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB).
“The collaboration between ADIA and ADAVB for this event demonstrates the benefits of the positive relationship between the two bodies and their respective members,” says Mr Williams.
“It makes it easy for dentists and their teams to come along at no extra charge and learn about the latest products and services available to them.”
